Kit Building and Logistics

Our strategicly placed kit building facilities enable faster distribution and deployment of investigator study materials. By leveraging regional expertise with APOLLO CLPM we are able to manage 3 specialized depots to build, distribute and manage global kit inventories.

Pre-labeled tubes: Each kit is assigned a unique kit number, and each kit component (tubes and cryovials) are assigned a unique component machine readable barcode down to the level of matrix (For example: 1 collection tube, that is aliquotted into 2 cryovials, each will have a unique barcode).

Requisitions: Effective tracking (and data cleaning) of samples starts with the requisition. Clearstone requisitions have been engineered from the ground up to simplify and insure accuracy. They account for the collection time point, unique identifier per time point/aliquot and confirm on the requisition if the sample has or has not been collected.

Tracking Samples through their life cycle: Our system knows the expected path (life cycle) for each tube. Accurately tracking site shipments and expected returned materials. As samples are received they are scanned into APOLLO CLPM™ updating the programmed life cycle for that specific sample.
